Men of Hope
Men of Hope exist to glorify God through intentional discipleship. There are many opportunities for fellowship throughout the year as well as many opportunities to grow in our faith and to serve.
Heart - Head - Hands Discipleship
The Men of Hope ministry exists for the sake of discipleship. Discipleship is an intentional relationship that exists for the goal of orienting our whole bodies (Heart-Head-Hands) towards the Gospel of Christ, being taught to follow Jesus in joyful obedience so His story of redemption becomes our lived story as we love God and neighbor in community and on mission. Summarized in a different way, discipleship is friendship that form us as disciples by the Gospel story. Whether it be one-on-one, or in small groups, Heart-Head-Hands is a relational curriculum that helps men grow towards God and one another. For help getting into one of these discipleship relationships, please fill out the form here.
Fellowship Activities
Men of Hope fellowship activities include monthly men’s breakfast, regular service projects, softball, special outings, retreats and one-on-one discipleship.
Rec Nights: The Loft will be open the second Friday of each month starting at 7pm for a night of pool, ping pong, cards, board games, etc.
Softball: Every summer, men from our church compete in a Thursday night church softball league in Beloit, WI.
Men’s Breakfast: We will meet the last Saturday of each month (except December) for a time of breakfast fellowship and Bible study. These meals will be at the church in the Fellowship Hall (not at Culvers) and begin at 8am.
Retreats are every other year and are an opportunity to set aside time to focus on God among all the normal responsibilities and demands of our everyday life. This is an opportunity to be strengthened in what God has called us to do and the life he has called us to lead as men.
